DMCA Complaints

From the inception of the DMCA, Lush Wush has taken and continues to take the DMCA seriously. It doesn't matter whether you are a big corporation with tons of copyrighted materials or the little guy with a single copyrighted work, your copyright is important to us, and we will do what is required to protect your copyrights under the DMCA.

Who can submit a DMCA Notice?
If you believe that material available on Lush Wush infringes on your copyright(s), please notify us by providing a DMCA notice using the support ticket form below. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will remove the material and make a good faith attempt to inform our authors to remove the copyright content. Please note that we are unable to process DMCA notices that refer to sites hosted on third party service providers like youtube, dailymotion, vimeo and various other image sharing websites.

What information do we need in a DMCA Notice?
A properly formatted DMCA Notice will adhere to the guidelines and principals established by the DMCA itself. The necessary elements of a properly formed DMCA Notice are:
  • Clear identification of the person or entity submitting the DMCA Notice.
  • Clearly stated relationship to the copyright holder (self or authorized agent).
  • Clear links for all articles you suspect to contain your copyright content.
  • Clear statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are copyright holder, or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
  • While not legally required by the DMCA, including "copyright violation" in the subject line of support ticket.

  • How to submit a DMCA Notice?
    In order to submit us your DMCA complaint, please submit a support ticket to our team via the form below. Please ensure all guidelines(see above) to successfully file a DMCA complaint are met in the support ticket for quick response. Once we have proper identification of the infringing articles and a well formed DMCA Notice, we will remove all identified infringing material forthwith. Lastly, we will respond via ticket reply or email to you informing that we have deleted the materials you have identified. Please keep checking the status of your submitted support ticket by using the support ticket number or id we emailed to you after submission.

Once you have submitted your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique ticket reference number. You will also receive an update via email when a response has been added by our representitives for each support page type. After viewing the response you can also post further feedback to your support feedback. Normally tickets are answered within 24-48 hours.

After viewing the response from our representatives, you can update the support ticket in order to provide further information to us. Submitting a feedback will automatically set the support ticket status to open. Tickets are addressed in the order they are received. Some customer concerns will need extra time to reply back. We appreciate your patience while we take care of the issue at hand for you.
