This applies to our written guides, our original graphics, and the interactive calculators we've built, just as much as it would to any other original work.

Who can submit a DMCA Notice?
If you believe that material available on Lush Wush — including an article, image, or the design of one of our calculators — infringes on your copyright(s), please notify us by providing a DMCA notice using the support ticket form below. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will remove the material and make a good faith attempt to inform our authors to remove the copyright content. Please note that we are unable to process DMCA notices that refer to content hosted on third-party platforms like YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, or other image and video sharing sites — those notices need to go directly to the platform hosting the material.

What This Page Is Not For
A DMCA notice is specifically for copyright infringement claims — someone using your original text, images, or work without permission. It is not the right channel for disputing the accuracy of a gold rate, loan calculation, interest figure, or any other information in our guides, and it's not the right channel for general feedback or corrections. If you've spotted a factual error or an outdated figure in one of our articles, please use our Contact Us page instead — we're glad to correct it, but that's a separate process from a formal DMCA claim.

What information do we need in a DMCA Notice?
A properly formatted DMCA Notice will adhere to the guidelines and principles established by the DMCA itself. The necessary elements of a properly formed DMCA Notice are:

• Clear identification of the person or entity submitting the DMCA Notice.
• Clearly stated relationship to the copyright holder (self or authorized agent).
• Clear links for all articles or pages you suspect to contain your copyrighted content.
• Clear statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright holder, or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
• While not legally required by the DMCA, including "copyright violation" in the subject line of the support ticket helps us route it faster.

How to submit a DMCA Notice?
In order to submit your DMCA complaint, please submit a support ticket to our team via the form below. Please ensure all guidelines (see above) to successfully file a DMCA complaint are met in the support ticket for a quick response. Once we have proper identification of the infringing material and a well-formed DMCA Notice, we will remove all identified infringing material forthwith. Lastly, we will respond via ticket reply or email to inform you that we have deleted the materials you identified. Please keep checking the status of your submitted support ticket using the support ticket number or ID we emailed to you after submission.
